The PSPRS Pension Board heard arguments last Friday to consider reversing the 2006 decision to allow Jack Harris to retain his pension and return to city employment in the capacity of a Deputy City Manager, i.e., Public Safety Manager, following more than a 30 day reprieve.  The PSPRS Board upheld the 2006 decision.  Click to listen to the hearing.
