PPSLA Discipline and Grievance Representatives

Section 1: Duties - The PPSLA Discipline and Grievance Representatives assist PPSLA members during discipline and grievance matters. Section 2: Meetings - PPSLA Discipline and Grievance Representatives, when summoned by the

President or Discipline and Grievance Chairperson, will be required to attend meetings of the Discipline and Grievance Committee. Failure to attend such meetings may cause the Discipline and Grievance Chairperson or President to replace the representative and appoint a new one. Such replaced representative may be reappointed at any future time by approval of the Executive Board.

Section 3: Appointments - The PPSLA Discipline & Grievance Chairperson shall be appointed by the President. The Discipline & Grievance Representatives shall be appointed by the President and the Discipline and Grievance Chairperson.

SECTION 4: Removals - The President and Discipline and Grievance Chairperson may remove Discipline and Grievance Representatives.
